Notes: It looks as though this was also available to the rest of Europe as well as the UK, due to various European languages used on the back of the sleeve, but I am unsure of its distribution. America’s Sega Saturn magazine also gave a free copy of the game in the same way (as well as giving the game free with other Sega Saturn games!) and the Japanese version of Christmas NiGHTS into Dreams was available as part of a console bundle and the disc was inside a plastic case
